Authentic Career + Life Design offers several choices for Career Coaching Appointments.
Schedule one career coaching session to cover as much as we can in one 50-minute session on any career-related topic. My goal is to give you the tools and resources needed for your success.
Once we understand your goals for career coaching we can map out the best way to spend our time during five 50-minute sessions. My goal is to give you the tools and resources needed for your success.

What to Expect
The Career Coach will:
- Fully engage in appointment through active listening
- Be available for future appointments or correspondence if additional support is needed
- Provide a safe space for reflection, pose insightful questions, connect you to internal and external resources, direct you to career-field specific resources, and share strategies for success
The Client is expected to:
- Arrive to appointment on time; be prepared with questions and the means to take notes
- Be prepared to share their purpose and goals for the appointment
- Take responsibility for their own career development by being open to reflective conversations, engaging in recommended activities, and/or completing action steps between appointments
