First, we’ll get to know each other and what you hope to achieve through the coaching sessions. This is an opportunity for you to clarify what you want to work on and what outcomes you’re seeking.
We will explore various aspects of your career, such as your current job satisfaction, challenges you’re facing, potential career paths, and areas for growth.
We’ll develop an action plan outlining specific steps and strategies to help you achieve your career goals. This may include setting short-term and long-term objectives, identifying resources and support systems, and overcoming potential obstacles or barriers.
