Authentic Career + Life Design was born out of a desire to help real people seeking straight-forward answers to questions around their careers.
Authenticity refers to the quality of being genuine, real, and true to oneself. It involves aligning one’s actions, beliefs, and values with their innermost identity, without pretense or external pressures.
An authentic person is sincere, transparent, and trustworthy, reflecting a deep sense of self-awareness and integrity.
In the context of career + life design, authenticity entails pursuing paths and making choices that resonate with one’s true aspirations, values, and passions, rather than conforming to societal expectations or norms. It involves embracing one’s unique strengths, interests, and experiences to create a fulfilling and meaningful life journey.
Whenever I find myself in a situation where I receive feedback, whether it’s after a career coaching appointment, a presentation, or an individual conversation, one word consistently emerges in the description of who I am.

When I decided it was time for me to take my years of experience and start a side coaching business, I wanted to lead with authenticity. I wanted to be sure to cut through all of the noise out there around coaching and focus on the individual. Where you are right now. What success looks like to you. Not some pie-in-the-sky notion of six (or seven) figures if you buy this package or attend this ten-part workshop.
My goal is the help average people,
